Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
